Prior to my last round of disputes with TU, I had one file. They mailed it to me and I saw what was on it and disputed it. Today I get my updated report from TU and guess what I have. Two files with identical personal info and so forth. Here is the only difference. So accounts are deleted off one and verified on the other. Some have accounts added on one, the other no. How is a split file possible when all the info, SSN, Name, Address are all the same. So what do I do next. They have to merge the files back to one and delete equally all across the board and update all across the board. This is not accurate. I know some have had problems like this. I got some really difficult deletions, I do not want to dispute them again. The scores are differing by 60 points. Last time my score was 448 (TU fako) and when I check my true fico is was 498. Now I have a scores of 574 (fako) and 514 (fako) of course one would like to to keep the file with the higher score. Help Board Help!
Dang!! Since I haven't had this problem (knocking on wood), I'll let someone else who has solved it give you the advice.
First thing, whrere's the baby? are you creditneting in the Labor n delivery room? I am unclear how you are saying there are two files. 1. did one come in the mail at the end of the reinvestigation and then you looked online and found something different? 2. did they send you two separate updated files in the mail? 3. did they show you two separate files online? Anyway I can identify you. You are Kbanger, a highly motivated creditnet member who is not someone who should be taken lightly! I hope TU squares themselves away ,for their own sake.
Voodo, we are still at home. We are trying different methods to induce labor. They sent me two CR in the same envelope. Each one with the accts that I disputed and then their disposition. So on one it will say account A deleted on the other account A remains. No idea what to do
KB...I did have that problem.. Just call TU and they will merge them back together. If something was deleted prior to the merger than they will not show up once they are merged back together. It is painless, but it sucks that they split u that way. u will have 1 report and 1 score.
thikman so you are saying that if it was deleted off of one report it should not be on the merged report. Because the judgement was deleted on one and is showing up on the other. So you are saying that once they merge it, the judgement should be no where.
Have you tried A few big fat spoons full of castor oil? JK I hope this all works out the way thickman said. keep us posted.
Hi kbanger, I don't know a thing about split reports, only what the c-netters post. Just keeping tabs on the baby as it's near midnight here, not sure what time zone you are in. That takes the countdown to -1 LOL. It's been my birthing experience that JUST when you (yes YOU, the Mr. of the parenting partnership) are drifting off to sleep, getting all comfy, starting to snore, THAT's when it will be time! Sassy BTW, go for sex to induce above the castor oil. I can't recall just what it was with the semen, but it's a natural inducer with a few more perks than castor oil ;-).
Sassy how could a man not love you. I will let you know how things progress with the coming of little kbanger.
Okay we are trying rasberry tea and "Sassy's suggestion." But the baby also needs some excellent credit, Anyone else know what I can do about this TU thing?
WHOA... you having a baby? congrats!!!!!! hahah so is it(will it be) a boy or a girl. what name have you chosen? If it is a girl you should name her creditnetta..LOL just kidding...
We await news of our newest member! (and may it be an easy labor, delivery and bouncing happy, healthy baby!) Mommy2cats
Thanks everyone for looking out and wishing the banger family to be the best of good fortune and grace. We truly do appreciate it. At this time we still have no baby and inducing labor techniques thanks to Sassy have been mutually rewarding.
