Who are these people????

    Has anyone on this board heard of these companies? My sister is always getting approved offers from these people in the mail. At first I thought they might of been CA...LOL...!!

    1. Capital Choice Consumer Credit

    2. Capital Credit Alliance, (CCA)

    Are these people Banks or Merchant Cards?
    I feel something is fishy about these people.

    Capital Choice Consumer Credit

    Bogus - they are one of the catalogue companies with misleading advertising - not a major credit card.
