I wanted to know if anyone had a particular person at asset acceptance to send the intent to sue letter. I'm asking for actual $$$ similar to what Christine did with Wells Fargo as posted on Bayhouse. Asset can't say anything. 13 yr old debt that fell off report in 1996, they pulled a "Hard Inquiry" on purpose due to my phone conversation with their rep and told them Asset couldn't do anything to me. I want my money.!!!!
