I'm sending another letter, and didn't know who I should send it to. Is there a specific department I should address it to? Or does anyone have a contact that may be able to help with those dang lates???
If nobody has a contact, can you tell me a dept to send it to? I'm sure there's not a dept of goodwill adjustments!! lol Or should I address it just to Sallie Mae, and hope it gets to the right desk? or maybe a fax #??
Hello I sent a goodwill letter to Sallie Mae and they told me to fax it to 1-800-848-1949 or to mail it to the address: P.O. Box 9500 Wilkes Barre, PA 18773-9500 They have updated equifax and experian but not TU yet. Good luck.
