I went to their website www.fashionbugcard.com and tried to get to the page with their card info (like who issues the card) but I get an error message - maybe you'll have better luck. There are also customer service numbers to call so maybe they can tell you who issues the card and then you can cross reference with www.millscbs.com. Ozzy.
They have a secured and regular card. Guess I'll call and try to find out criteria and who owns the card.

They had or may still have a huge office in South NJ that my best friend worked for a while agoand at that time, they pulled EXP, but it may still depend on your location. I had that card for like two years, it was my first credit card and fairly easy to get, but th elimits are low, but then again, how much money can one spend in that store anyway?
