Recently, DH was denied for something. When the letter came telling him why it said it used information from CSC credit services and gave their # and address. When I called all I got was their web site and if I wanted to request a file, however the first thing on the recording was "Thank you for calling CSC credit services an affiliate of Equifax" . I requested copies offline of their report. But if you choose any links to purchase their items you are directed to the Equifax web site. Now when I pulled PG to see the inquiries the inquiries are listed from CSC credit on behalf of XYZ company ??? My question is : Is this a separate credit bureau ? So now all the work I have done on the major 3 to fix things I have to do all over again w/ these people? And if they are the 4th credit bureau why would they be pulling reports from EQ and EX ?? Just when I thought I was finally getting the hang of this.......
I was forced to dispute Equifax items to CSC Credit which I belive is an affiliate of Equifax for some areas because I had to put my zip code in for an online dispute & it gave me their information to file disputes. I could not get ahold of anyone through their phone number!!! I hope this helps!! Diane

I know for EX Data something ( sorry @ work, can't think) handles my report, which btw last time I checked DH lived w/ me but he can go through EX and I can't. But both me and DH have always dealt w/ EQ directly. Could it be CSC was used because of the area the company pulling the report was in ? But I'm confused as to why CSC would show as pulling the reports for XYZ company ?? Well I had to request copies be mailed to us from them anyway. So I guess I will just wait and see what wonderful things they have to shock and amaze me with. And here I just had a good week w/ the last 2 big boo boos on DH gone and a 50 point jump with and an approval for our first unsecured cc. Well I hope it's not to bad.
