Hi, I have been trying to get all of this taken care of I am down to 2 final derogs and they just keep verifying them as good, I even have documents to prove they are not mine. Who exactly do I sue ? Both these companies seem to have a million names. I think I need to go after Equifax Information services LLC and Experian Information Solutions, INC. I am located in Las Vegas, so I think I would server the registered agent for them here. Does anyone have any thoughts on this ? Thanks
