    I am tired of the NON-COMPLIANCE and Disregard of my RIGHTS !!!!!

    Hey JLYNN-

    I talked to small claims court TODAY they said I can not file against the CA

    ONLY IF THEY OWE ME CASH ???? IS THIS CORRECT??

    Honey, if they win they are going to owe you cash :)

    I think what they are trying to tell you in an asinine way, is cash relief is all you can get in small claims. They cannot order them to remove the listing or non PP from your credit reports. I believe that in legalese the term is injunctive relief. Small claims can't give you that type of relief.

    You would have to bump it up to a higher court. I haven't researched whether that would be county or district though.

    I'm tellin ya gal, go down to your local JP court (small claims), and get one of their packets...it will help you more than trying to sort thru gibberish on the internet.
