I am ready to sue them. They are not removing the last 2 derogs on my report, and I have sent them the necessary info to do so. They have been really cool up until now, but this is pissing me off because the other 2 reports are spotless. So clean you could eat off of them. And now when I am ready to get some new charge cards to vault me into the credit stratosphere, EQ is grounding me like the Russians are grounding Lance Bass. I was planning on buying a house 6 months from now. Please let me know ASAP, because I will file Friday, seeing that I'll be at the courthouse for my 3 CA cases anyway. Thanks.
