Can anyone provide me with info on chapter 1 bank???... they will financed my car loan... are they reliable???... what's their APR???... I will discuss all these issues with my financial advisor 2morrow... It'll be nice to have some input from this board. TIA ! please post quickly !!
They have bank branches here in Rochester, NY. I know someone who had a car loan from them. They are a regular bank, but they also have a financing division for cars and mortgages. I don't have personal experience with them.
