My husband called his bank to ask for a lower apr and apparently they pulled a inquiry and denied his request. I received a letter from the bank stating this and said to contact the cra who provided information. Well that cra is CSC Credit Services. Has anyone heard of them and know how to go about getting a copy of your report from them? I guess I am just a little naive thinking there are only 3 cra that can get you turned down.
They are located somewhere in Texas. I could look up their address if I weren't so lazy.(LOL) And as everybody has stated they are an affiliate of efx.
They handle all of the Equifax reports for the middle United States. I actually have had pretty good luck with them. I got them on the telephone and was talking to an airhead the first time. I asked for a supervisor and got her voice mail. I then pushed 0 and got a different customer service rep who was WONDERFUL. I explained my dilemna, and she put me on hold. She came back with a supervisor's name and told me to fax my stuff to that lady's attention and she said that she would take care of it immediately. I haven't actually seen the results yet, because this was just yesterday. I'll post my results when I see it reflected.
