Who is the easiest to sue? :-)

    say someone has some free time,lol......

    and some lates reporting on all 3 breaus....

    and wants to make some E-Z (pocket) Money... (besides Removals)...

    who is the easiest to sue in Small Claims/ Settle or No Show... to make a "Ka-Ching"???

    "IF" you lookin' for "EASY"

    $500 if paid in full in 10 days and removal of (XXXXXX)

    ...OR $1,000 + costs for going to court at a later date

    "IF" they have to fly somebody to "YOUR" city...airfare...hotel...car rental...per hour charge...food...etc

    How do you mean by 'sue?' What sort of complaint would you initiate?? Pls clarify & elaborate

    It doesn't matter - the CRA's will answer your summons with the stock "we are not responsible for the accuracy of what someone else puts in your credit file."

    Sorta like "we don't make up the lies, we just broadcast them."

    "IF" we are told to print a LIE...that is NOT our fault...

    ...BUT "IF" YOU SEND US PROOF THAT IT IS INCORRECT...DON'T EXPECT "US" TO FIX IT
