I know that if you search online applications for words like 'equifax' or 'experian' you can usually find them in the card's terms if you click to read them becasue it will sometimes say you give equifax the right to pull your report' or something. I know many of the stores (BestBuy, Sears) have an Experian application. GEMB (many store cards - Gap for one) pulls Equifax. Bank of America also pulls Equifax for credit cards.
