I applied for a AMEX business cc and was instantly approved. The next day I received a better offer from Amex and called about switching my approval to the better card. They said it was no problem and switched it over. However when they "switched" the approval over they pulled another hard inquiry. What number/who would I contact at AMEX to politely request that they remove that inquiry? Thanks.
