I am sending an intent to sue to Midland credit management, do I just send it to the address that I have or do I nedd to send it the 'registered agent' if so, does anyone have the info where I can find out who that would be?
I usually find out the legal dept of the CA and send it to them. Sometimes the RA is in house anyhow, sometimes they're not. Find out the state they are located in and try to find that state's secretary of state homepage and look up busines filings and usually they have the RA. If you have trouble just let us know and we'll get it for you. I have had a great success sending the "intent to sue" with an affidavit(filled out) the small claims form. Good luck. hope this helps
thanx Quigs, they are located in Ca. I am not quite sure where to look for the RA I am new at this and this will ba my first intent letter, I have got it all typed up but not sure what to do now.
