Who wants to help bend ICS over?

This is a repost from a different thread. I figure this plan needs it's own heading:

I want to get IC Systems and really hurt their feelings. They told me that if i want to dispute their BS, that I'd have to use this special PO Box. From what I'm hearing, they just never pick up mail from this Box.

Who else has had dealings with IC systems (in any state) with this problem? (not receiving CRRR's at the address they provided to us.) quote:

OK, here's the plan. I'm sending one to their corporate address with a note in the corner of the envelope "ATTN: Accounts Receivable" and the other to the address they provided me on the phone with a notation "Validation Request Enclosed". I'm sending one to both addresses and I hope they don't pick up one of 'em.

If they reject of fail to pick up that second one, I'll start prepping the lawsuit. In the meantime, the other should be accepted and I won't have to wait 30 days.

If this has happened to you. Please reply to this thread and list the approximate month and which IC System Office(what state) you sent it to. I'm curious to see whether we can develop a reasonable fascimile of a "Class Action" due to their unlawful and deceptive trade practices. Maybe we can nail NCO on this one too. Anybody been hosed by them this way?

I figure all the people they've screwed this way can get notarized copies of the sealed and rejected envelope and put together a quick deposition (notarized) saying that "when I told them I wanted to dispute, they told me to use a different address"

If 5 or 6 of us get together, we've got real ammunition for the courtroom. If the numbers are much higher, we've got the basis for a Class Action.

    Anybody interested?

Re: Who wants to help bend ICS over?

I'll help. I just got off the phone with the post office in St. Paul. They verified that they have absolutely lost my green card so I have no proof IC got my letter. I have to start over.

Here is the history. I called IC and got their address. I was told they had a special address for validations. This letter was returned to me about 30 days later unclaimed. I called back and got an address for payments. I sent out another CRRR letter to the new address. I did not get the green card back so I called the PO. They told me it had been signed for and they would send me a copy. They never did. Now they cannot find it.

IC never responded but did remove the item from my Experian report thirty days after they received the letter.

I assumed they also took it off my Eq report but they didn't. I just found this out.

Now I am back to square one. I am sending them another CRRR letter today.

I was just looking for their phone number to get the address to send my "payment". Do you have the number? I am willing to send another CRRR letter to the validation address to test them.

    What addresses are you using?

The address on my EQ report for them is PO Box 64378, St. Paul, MN 55164. That is the address I used in one of my letters, but I don't remember if that was the validation address they gave me or the payment address they gave me.

If you have a phone number, I will call and see what address they give me.

I just called. The address I put in my post above is for payments. In other words, that is the address where they will sign for mail.

Their phone number in St. Paul is 651-483-8201.

Their corporate office is 444 Highway 96 East, St. Paul, MN 55127.

I will call again in a few minutes to get the address for validations.

Now you've got me all riled up. I was already working on my new validation letter when you posted. So far today I have over five hours in this project. After having talked to the PO, IC Systems, and EQ, my blood pressure is 179/110. I am ready to explode.

You may want to read my other post on this.

Idea for stress relief. Picture the look on ICS' face when they get served.

    :-0

Alternate idea: picture the look on an ICS rep's face when he gets hit by a bus!

I'm dealing with their NC office but I've got another one on there from the Mn? Office. The phone number on my CR turns up nothing in a reverse lookup search.

The address on their website is:
    ICS
    711 Coliseum Court
    Winston Salem, NC 27106

The address she gave me was:

    ICS
    PO Box 3136
    Winston Salem, NC 27102

    We'll see what happens.......
