Well you may remember me being at the end of my rope with a certain OC. Well after a threatening letter, short of an ITS, I received a letter from them saying they were going to instruct Experian to delete the tradeline. That leaves only one derogatory on each of my 3 reports, and that tradeline will fall off in 2004 anyway. I do not think I will ever get them off my report so I will just be happy with 670+ on all reports.

Now my question is if I do not see it drop off soon, should I send the letter to EX? The only problem with the letter is the letter also states the "account" was sold to a CA and names the CA. I do not want evil ass EX relisting under that name. KNowing them they would read the letter to insert a new Collection account.
