They are listed on this site: http://www.eyeoncredit.com/warnings/index.html as one of the many alter-egos of known advance fee scams out of Toronto, Canada with affiliates or arrangements in the US. BTW, be leary of any company that is capital something, they name themselves after large companies that you would be familiar with or with spelling tweaks :-( Sassy
