Who's to say what the real score is

I pulled my credit score last night from TrueCredit.com and it has gone up from 560 when I checked it 2 months ago to 602 today! But wait, before you start patting me on the back - I called a mortgage company this afternoon and they pulled my scores and have them at EQ=548 TU=544 EXP=549. What a bummer! My TrueCredit report is through TU so I don't get the difference in the numbers. Anyone have any idea on why the numbers are different?

That score is the TU FAKO score, not FICO.

Which score is the FICO score? I will presume the FICO score is the one the mortgage company looks at, correct? So the credit score I just paid for is useless? What's with that?
