CSC Credit Services, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Century Corporation, which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of Computer Sciences Corporation. Computer Sciences Corporation is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: CSC).
Just to clarify matters, ordinarily one would sue the CRA directly (Equifax Information Services LLC, Experian Information Solutions, Inc., Trans Union, LLC, CSC Credit Services, Inc., etc.) and not sue its parent company.
