question: have you ever had an account that was charged off - i'm not talking about MBNA, but just in general. the account could have been part of a portfolio bought by MBNA or if MBNA bought/merged w/another company. MBNA may be the current owner of the account, but not the original creditor. FOR EXAMPLE - i think i already used this one today - had menards card paid in full/closed (menards card were financed through conseco; household bought conseco's retail program; now, my paid/closed account is showing as household.
1*youre right. an OC isnt required to validate, but they also cannot report something to a CRA that isnt yours. 2*tell the OC: - that you plan to request an investigation with the CRAs as well - that the OC can expect contact from CRAs soon 3*- that if the OC verifies this trade line, you will be able to sue the OC for 1000 bucks. crowmom | """""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""" 2Yep and shoot your self in the foot.Nothing like tiping em off to your next move. 3*There goes the 1000. So you don't think I should tell them this? I am a little confused here. I seem to have gotten a couple different answer's but which one do I go with?
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Why did I think I am going to go with this letter. Should I send them a copy of the letter I originally sent them with a copy of the CRRR? Should I also include a copy of their response to me? Thanks.
