Why does Equifax give me this:

    when I try to do an online investigation??

    I have never had a problem w/ online disputes before....

    Same thing happened to me, started last week when the other EQ issue happened.

    Did you end up emailing your dispute when given this message? I did and pg has yet to show it in dispute and I hate to waste another 12.95 to check and see if it is listed in dispute or not...

    and LOL what was the Equifax issue last week? I'm afraid I wasn't here too much last week and I'm scared I missed something now!!

    Have your disputes that you emailed in been listed as being as such??

    Hey, that happen to me with Equifax when I first started my disputes a long time ago, it was because my address where wrong! Maybe thats the same problem you are having? =) hope this helps.

    this is how I got around it,

    Find one of your old credit reports and use that confirmation number and THAT address and then dispute the item. Hopefully that item was on that report.


    I had the SAME problem and this worked for me.

    LIMIT 2 disputes ON-LINE at a time...
