I dont know what are the legal expect but every time I dispute with equifax or transunion they send me out a update copy of my report but experian dont do that ? any idea why also I recived last week from experian about one of my disputed item and in that latter result was deleted but I recived in other latter " to assist you in understanding your correction summry we have provided additional information that relates directly to items on your personal credit report. credittrust please refer to your repot for update credittrust- what is this ? I mean did they add this item back ion my report or what I'm tottaly confuse ? please help me understand this I will call them in the am but pretty upset coz took me months to have this item removed from my report.
