I haven't paid a payment in one year. My exwife filed bankruptcy, and that is the last time I heard from Ford credit. I had allready moved on with my life. However we had a house and a Saturn LS2 still together in our name. I figured I was already going to get stuck with house so I was going to let both go. I really can't pay for two houses and two cars. I just can't see why they would wait to get the car.
You have to wait for it to filter down their systems. It's not like you default and the next day they pick it up. Why didn't you just voluntarily turn it in?
