I know I complain about them a lot, but, if someone can tell me why I can pull a 3-1 or a worthknowing report and it does not show the items as disputed, I would appreciate it. I just called TU, and they show an open investigation. WTF!!!!! The 3-1 clearly states on the Equifax that I have disputed the entry. What is someone, say a future employer, pulls the report from TU, sees all the erroneous crap they have listed as open not disputed on there, and I get turned down for a job. Do I get to sue the hell out of them?
