I have been looking for a secured business credit card but all that I have found are not available in Wisconsin, Why???
Wisconsin has VERY strict laws concerning (among other things) interest rates, finance charges, etc. Often mail order comanies (even Sears Siding) won't do business in Wisconsin because of those laws.
