   Everyone can access the three CRs online. Why doesn't Chexsystems allow it? Why do you have to print out the order page, complete it, and send it to them?
   Did their computer system fall asleep when technology came around?

   CRA's goals are to annoy consumers IMHO. The Big 3 annoy you with their telephone maze. Chex has opted to annoy you with no online access.
