was married in June. changed name with Social Security, work, etc. same month. also, changed all my credit card names. only thing left is my mortgage. however, my Equifax credit report still shows my maiden name, and all the credit card solicitiations i get (including Citibank, which i have my name updated with) still show my maiden name! how is the best way to get everything "switched over"?? i'm willing to wait a little longer, but am getting tired of the lag.
Hey, I was married 3 yrs ago, and my name still hasn't changed on EQ! LOL you need to send them a copy of your SS card, and your drivers license. I just haven't gotten around to it yet.
That does not work either, I did that but still in my maiden name. As a matter of fact, I have been married twice, I have not had my maiden name in about 12 years, they have never reported either of my married names, they have always had my maiden name.
