One of the popular ways for many who post here is the Lizard king validation process. I have seen many posts that he has responded to (including my own) that descibe his process of validation and then it seems that he will go as far as filing in small claims against the CRA that is reporting the information. This seems like it could be effective in some situations, but I was wondering why more people dont file against the CA that is reporting it? Is it safer to sue the CRA or is it just more effective that going to the source? Or did I miss something that pertains to the situation at hand that lets someone decide which way to go?
