I have posted this three times, and I really need help! Breeze suggested that I ask you because you had some knowledge in this area. I searched under your name, but didn't seem to be able to find the thread she was referring to. I sent an intent to sure to a ca for a medical bill, received letter with several health insurance claim forms attached for my husband and myself. The letter was also sent to the BBB, and they sent it CRRR to me, but the green card was still on the envelope. Can the medical billing service give this kind of info to the ca, (diagnosis, procedure/service codes), and can they send forms for both spouses to one of us? You may e-mail me for help, I will research your State laws for you.I am a little confused about exactly what this has to do with your house closing, are you saying that because of misinformation on your credit reports it is affecting the financing?,if so I think I know what Breeze is referring to.
