Wierd Credit Card Site

It's at http://www.creditcardmani.ac/. A little out of the ordinary.

 

It looks like a 12 year old did it, you have to scroll the screen both up-down and left-right, there's a cartoon wearing a straight jacket, totally amature layout, what a nightmare. Stay away from this thing.

 

The guy does seem to have some good links on his page, I agree with Dan it is amaturish.
