i am engaged to a women from the UK (scotland). she's comming over in september and we'll be married in november. she's got 15 years of spotless credit. she's told me she believes they have the same CRA's we do, but european branches. will her credit history follow her? is there anything to do that will be benificial? as a side note my credit is pretty bad. i'm just starting after months of reading here to form a plan to fix it. will my bad credit negatively affect her good credit once we are married? i've heard/read conflicting sides of this.
