Will I get my points back?

    I disputed my second oldest account because it was listed a closed and I had re-opened it in June. I lost 45 points with EQ the day the dispute posted, I know it was because all but this and one other account are new this year.

    Will I get my points back when the investigation is over?

    Yes.

    Unless it gets deleted...then, no.

    If it is verified, you will get the points back. But the point loss is, in effect, as if the listing were not there. So if it gets deleted, your score will remain where it is now.

    thanks Nave, it should not get deleted. I disputed the fact that it is closed.
