Recently had statement added to credit report=Bk due to buisness failure.Will this help my credit any?????????
sam is right for scoring, statements are ignored. if there is a situation that led to bad tradeline, you're better off putting it in a cover letter with the application (mortgage, auto) rather than a consumer statement which will be seen by everyone who looks at your file vs. just new lines.
