willing to refinance car with

I have been approved to refinance my high interest rate car with Summit Acceptance Corporation. Before I accept this new contract, I wanted to apply to other companies who would give me a better interest rate than Summit has offered. However, I have about $3,000 in negative equity. Most banks will not refinance the pay-off amount for that reason.

Are there any banks or finance companies that will refinance a car with negative equity at a decent interest rate?

I actually was approved for a slightly competitive rate with WellsFargo Financial. They also said that I could refinance with them to lower the interest rate in the future. (?)


I'm still weighing my options. If anyone has any other companies to recommend, I'm open!
