Well in my first suit I got a win. Actualy we settled. I had 3 violations of FDCPA against a CA and we settled for $1500 plus the $250 filing fee. Should have the agreement soon. Round 2 is with another CA about a magzaine. They sent letter 1, I disputed, then sent letter 2, I saw $$$$ signs. I sent them a nice warning letter and gave them 2 weeks to make good for their violations. After the two weeks, if I get nothing from the, it is back to the USDC. Besides, I got to go and dismiss the first suit anyway.
