I'm faxing my version of Christie's 48 hour fax...a little nervous...the CA is off EQ and don't want it back on...on positive note though, I have what I need right now short term AMEX CITI and the retail cards...which were my longterm goals not to long ago, I just wanted 1 real card and now I have several...so here goes the last hurdle, man I hope they take me seriously right away so this will all be over!!! If not, I'm ready with my papertrail to file!! Encouragement welcome....argh!!!!

Thanks! I gave them til friday...so less of a wait than the typical 30 or 15 days...I said come monday, I'm filing...let's see if they think I'm bluffing...I have them on at least 4 violations...but all I want is a delete..not greedy at all LOL Although I could use a few grand in my pocket!!!
Good luck, soup! BTW, did you just use a plain ole fax machine, or Faxaway.com or a similar service? Just curious....
Fingers crossed, Soup. It sounds like a smart strategy to give them less time to respond than the usual 15 or 30...they'll really be antsy because it does look like you just CAN'T wait to drag 'em in! Good luck on getting your deletions!

I know it's still early and they have til tomorrow but just so you all know...no changes yet LOL Thanks everyone....will be watching EX like a hawk for another 36 hours or so....LOL
