Okay the part of the no pre-set spending limit, does this mean that if I go above 5k my charges will not be denied. (Assuming my paying pattern and history is okay). Still waiting for Bank One. Re: Re: Re: Question on BofA and US Bank Apps. Congratulations!! The no pre-set limit means that they can approve above your limit (if your patterns are good, they probably would do that). You will not be charged an over-limit fee. However, your payment will be the minimum on your credit line PLUS the amount over your limit. In other words, you can't revolve above your limit. If you knew you were going to make a big purchase or go over the limit, you might want to call first. If you normally charged only 20% of your limit and paid it off every month and suddenly go over, they might decline, especially until they talk to you. This would be a big change in pattern, even though you might have the money. Maybe they would suspect fraud. But if you call and talk to them, it's probably not an issue.

Hoping my checking and savings account with them will make the difference. On top of this Bank One does not have a online way to check your status, there is a 800# but that message has not changed from day one of the application. Best regards, Mirage
