I am not sure if I have the exact name right but could someone post and please explain that wollam FTC letter. I saw something about medical debts and validation but I do not understand. For validation an agency said they sent an itemized statement for a medical bill instead of validation. Of course, it has been 7 days now and it has not arrived so they are probably lying anyway. Someone explain the letter please. thanks
