I was looking at the inquiries done in the past 6 mos and noticed this as one of them. Has anyone ever heard of them or has this shown up on your report? It has actually shown up on all 3 of my reports and I am curious as to if this is an attorney or CA or another organization??

My first step for now is to get rid of all the negative tradelines.. then tackle inquiries afterwards, but just noticing these now..

I guess I can answer my own questions a little bit here.. after searching on google, I actually came up with some interesting links:

    http://www.wolpofflaw.com/

    http://www.imrgold.com/case_studies/legal_right.shtml

    http://www.imrgold.com/case_studies/legal.htm

    http://www.creditworthy.com/3jm/articles/cw4298.htm

..and of course, if you want a job there:
    http://www.debtmarketplace.com/ea-mgmt.html

Isn't a user here from the www.creditworthy.com web page or the admin/owner there? I recall seeing a signature with that. Anyone else have them on their reports as inquiries? WHat exactly are they? Are they attornies that help CA collect? Should I fear them being on my report?

Wolpoff and Abramson is a law firm that also does collections. Typically their collections are for utility companies on the East Coast, but they do handle other accounts as well.
