Is there any way to address having an inaccurate work history on a credit report? I searched for this on the forum and did not find what I was looking for in the search.

Also, I had a loan with a small loan company for quite some time and each time it was refinanced they just reported a new loan to the credit bureau. Is it true having too many of these can have a negative impact even though they were paid on time? If so, should I have the ones removed that are past the SoL?

Yes, dispute it through the CRAs and just tell them "I've never worked here" or something similar. It's best if your credit reports only list your most current employer.

A refinance is technically a brand new loan. The new loan pays off the old and it should be reported as such. Leave the old loans that were paid on time and closed alone. They're not hurting your credit scores, and eventually they'll fall off on their own.
