I got into trouble credit card about four years ago when I entered college. I didn't have a job but I applied, recieved and used credit cards, regardless. Recently, I have been on a mission to repair my credit. I have three accoounts that were charged off on my credit report. I have since entered payment agreemnets with the collection agency and have paid all or most of the balcance. I have also financed and paid in full an auto loan through a in-house finance company.

What if anything more should I do to repair my credit?

Have you pulled your credit reports from each of the 3 CRA's? Paying charge offs alone are not really going to help your credit. A paid CO is as bad as unpaid.

If it was an inhouse finance company do you know if they even reported your loan to the CRA's.

Really can't help you without knowing what is reporting, and how, and what your scores are.

Yes, I have pulled the report from the CRA s and I am working on getting the scores from each one. TU is 588.
On Transunion and Experian, the collection accounts are all shown as chargeoffs, the condition is degrog, and the high balance is displayed on each account.
On Equifax, two are listed as collection accounts while one is listed as a payment agreement.
I also have school loans that were once in repayment (and are all current) but are now in derferment because I am still in school.
The in-house financing company said that they report the payment history to the CRAs once the loan has been paid in full. That has only been about a month and a half ago but I am just wondering how long does it usually take.?
