    I don't konw which division you're looking for but here's the # to Abercrombie

    and Structure (866) 891-3455
    and Victoria's Secret (800) 304-7602.
    They should be able to transfer you.

    How easy is it to get a card from them? What is the minimum score range?

    Sorry, I don't remember. Mine was a rehab, it was one of my oldest tradelines that was inactive, I called to close it and they said they could re-activate it without a Hard inq., they lied, they pulled a hard anyway. It's a joke card for me $100, but it fufills 2 requirements for me, one as a retail chg card and the other as my oldest tradeline.
