Well, they really were not 'professional' pilots, even though they did 'well', so I guess it is possible they overflew the white house and saw the pentagon (hard to miss) and hit it instead. Downtown DC, especially from the air, is probably a rather small space and those big planes, at the speeds they were going, were probably too hard for them to manuver. I am sure they wree excited/nervous, they missed the white house, then saw the HUGE pentagon in front of them, and crashed into it. Bastards. Just a theory. Shawn p.s. Got an email today that we have heard from the majority of our people and no major injuries (wtc). Of course, there is less info coming out of the Pentagon people....I think the military still has that pretty locked down.

Re: Second tower gone! Just got the all clear from the Empire State Building and Penn Station. Apparently there had been bomb threats there.
