    What a kick in the head. I thought I was losing my mind. I just sent this to Worth Knowing;

    My account user name is timjcathom.

    I have recently refreshed my credit report on 08/27/01, but when I pull it up today the report displays data that was on my report prior to the refresh. Fortunately, I copied the report once I refreshed it. Maybe someone there could explain to me why this is happening. I have paid for refreshed credit reports numerous times over the last 30 days. I am a little frustrated to think that I wasted that money because you were displaying a cached report. If this is the case I demand the refund of the monies that I have wasted due to your negligence.

    Worth Knowing uses old data. It's not a live report like Equifax or Experian. From my results, it looks like it's 7-10 behind. That would lead me to believe that TU sends them a weekly update tape and it just depends upon when they send as to how current your information is when you signup/refresh.
