I cannot seem to get a score out of worthknowing. I enter all the data fields, but I get an error message saying there is not enough information to process my request. Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?
I was unable to subscribe to their service as recent as last week. I think they're having some kind of drama.
I just called them, and here's what they said... If the information you enter to validate does not match their database, they will not give you the report. If you have never had a car loan, or mortgage it makes it harder for them to validate. They can't seem to validate me AT ALL! They suggested that I enter another, aternate yet accurate, "previous address". I tried... and tried. I even went so far as to pull down the "box" of old information (where I lived in 1995, 1994, 1998), entered that info... and still nothing! How annoying. I guess I'll just have to cough up the $8.50 and get on from TU. UGHHHHH
I was able to subscribe Saturday. I received a 'score' (privista type score, not a fico type score) and a copy of my TU 'Report'. They askes a LOT of detailed credit report info, I got out a copy of my report to make sure I was on the dollar amount exactly as, believe it or not, sometimes the info on your report is not accurate LOL!!!!!!!! The report they gave me in no way matches the report I got from TU 2 weeks ago. The worthknowing report is missing positive trade lines and has negs that have been deleted. I have a lot of wuestions for them. I'm sad as I really wanted a source for TU...I use creditexpert and Privista and am pretty happy with them both (although it is 4:30 and privista STILL has not updated today). Hope you guys have better luck, and I hope they get a little better on their data. Shawn
It's very picky about addresses I couldn't get WK to work until I entered the addresses exactly as TU has them in a report they previously mailed to me. For instance, for a po box address, TU has it like: 888 PO BOX 888 So I entered it in that odd way and WK liked it.
