You guys won't believe this. I ordered my report form worthknowing last week (well I refreshed it). Some disputed items had been removed and my mortgage had been added. I log in today, and the disputed items are on there, but the mortgage is not. I know they haven't gotten this information from TransUnion, because my authentic TU report has my mortgage on it. What the hell is going on? How come there is no contact number listed on this website? Do NOT use these people. The store reports in their database and present them as CURRENT!!!!!
write to notworthknowing via their customer service email on the website. Demand that they either refresh the report or credit your $ back. Say that you have a copy of TU dated 2 weeks or so ago, and it doesn;t resemble what you just paid them for. I got an immediate response and an updated report, free. Not that I am advocating worthknowing, but don't waste your 5 bucks to refresh!
