Sent validation request, they sent back a photocopy letter from OC I owed x amount. Wrote back, told them this isn't validation, supply it or remove it in 15 days. Didn't hear anything, still on reports and not marked in dispute, so faxed and sent them estoppel letter. I then get a letter asking me to call them regarding my case. Would you guys call, and if you did, what would you say? I'm just not sure what to do at this point. Thanks.
Very simple - ITS!! The only time that I have been on the phone with the CA's is for the negotiation of their settlement before I go to court ;-)
Actually, they did call me the day they got the fax. It was on my caller id when I got home from work. I just don't want to f&^% up at this point. Do you recommend complaining to the FTC, just to be a pain in their side? Then sending the ITS. Sorry for the what may be dumb questions. Thanks for the feedback.
