    BofA was your answer...or CITIBANK

AMEX finally bumped the limit on DELTA (4 years I waited)

    MBNA...STILL WAITING...7+ YEARS

    DISCOVERCARD was good...

WHEN YOU GET JUST SO HIGH (what ever THEY decide is high enough...they are kinda' slow in giving more)

MBNA (QUANTUM) HAS A LIMIT OF $250,000...I AM NOT EVEN MUCH PAST $30,000

Well that is a low amount for a cli,i just got 3K from them just last week, and i also have a 3.99% good until my balance is paid-off with chase manhattan.Chase is a pretty good bank to deal with but i can understand why chase is being more conservative with their cli's is because our economy is in the dumps right now. With alot of jobs going to india it's no wonder why most creditor's are tightening up on cli's.I wonder what's next for the usa?Does anyone have a clue?

Today Chase increased my credit line on my platinum MC for $3500 automatically just by calling regular CS and without any inquiry on my credit report. The rep said if I need more they have to pull CR. I accepted $3500.

Well, then you should still use Chase...they give me 0% on BT for 12 months...No fee on BT...ongoing rate for purchases 4%...high credit line...CLI no hard pulled...never had any problem with them...

MINE IS GONE...THEY DID ME WRONG (THEIR FAULT AND THEY ADMITTED IT IN WRITING...BUT DID NOTHING TO REMEDY THE SITUATION)

She asked for a lower rate (6.99% or 5.90%)...they REFUSED!!!

    She asked again...they REFUSED again!!!

So it is PAID IN FULL...they will make TONS of money at 7.99%!!!!!

    $0.00 X 7.99%

    I didn't know they had 4.00% like BofA (PRIME + 0.00%)

WE BOTH HAD 0.00% BT'S TILL LIKE 08/01/2003

    George,
don't get confused with BofA's BT rate of prime + 0%.

With Chase I get sometime 0% BT for 12 months (no fee) but my ongoing (guaranteed always) rate for purchases and BT's is 4%. So if I carry balances with Chase I pay between 0% and 4% max. I can't complain about it.

    4.00% IS NICE...but she can't get 6.99% or 5.90%...SO THEY GET NOTHING!!!

Same here. got a 3.5K increase without an inquiry today from regular csr - and still on the 0% on bts for 12 months. The ongoing apr after that is 6.99%.
Also - Chase has pretty good biz cards - with fairly high limits without documentation. I have the office depot biz visa with 18K and the GM Biz Card with 25K.
For me - they've been decent.

On the other hand - I know there are people out there that can't stand Chase.
Maybe we should start a thread rating all cards - and find the card that has the highest rating by the majority.
