   called to ask for lower APR - NO!
   
   how about a BT offer?
   soon as i could say that the lady said
   how about 0% for 6 months no fee?
   
   dayum.
   
   impressed me.

   My Fleet 0%APR for 9 months just expired. I got some days ago 2 Fleet checks for 1.9% until Nov and others 2 at 4.9% until June 2004. 35 fee max/per check.
